Refund & Return Policy
Pre-shipment cancellations: Full refund, no questions asked. Cancel anytime before your unit ships.
Post-delivery: 30-day return window for units that arrive defective or not as described. Unit must be returned in original condition.
Change of mind returns after delivery are handled case-by-case. Contact us and we'll work something out.

Warranty
Hardware warranty: 90 days from date of shipment against manufacturing defects.
What's covered: Defective components, assembly issues, hardware failures under normal use conditions.
What's not covered: Physical damage, water damage beyond IP68 limits, battery degradation from normal use, or issues arising from unauthorized modifications.
Knowledge base updates are included for life at no additional cost, delivered via USB.
